Scotia have a small showroom but this is all they need. Once you are being shown the quality of their product you will be utterly convinced that theirs is the best out there. I can say that where they installed windows in my home the heat in those rooms had improved significantly. The installers are brill and do the job they do excellently.

I'm a right fussy sod when it comes to shelling out thousands on new doors and windows. Had all the usual suspects in, CR Smith, Everest, etc, and they all wanted 15,000. Tried a few companies that were only missing the horse and the hat, and eventually found Scotia. They came out, measured the place up, gave it the usual chat of \limited time discount\ but in the end got a great deal, easily half the price of the big firms. Full semi-detach refit including extension patio door, back door and windows. Work standard was very high, and more importantly, after-sales support has been blisteringly good. Phone three times since 2013 - first was to get some rendering finished where they'd put a window in. They did that over a few weeks, but third party contractor and not them directly. Second call was about back patio door handle pitting, giving it a rough feel. Replaced two days later. Phoned them today about my back lock being knackered and unable to even get the key in (a common failing with these kind of locks throughout the industry) and the guy was out in forty five minutes and had it replaced with new keys in about four and a half minutes. That'll do for me!
