I had an awful experience with their Surveyor Ronnie Morrison. They valued my home significantly under the market value, I tried to query/escalate, Mr Morrison was rude and took on a god-complex. My home at the time was a modest 3 Bed Semi, he valued at 115k. When we bought the home at the worst of the recession it was valued at 120k. We'd done lots of improvements also. I had to eventually get another surveying firm to come out and they were happy that it was easily worth 125k, we went on to sell the house for 125k. 10,000 is a LOT of money for a young family and this surveyor's attitude and refusal to review / ask a colleague forced me to shell out more money on another firm. Avoid.

I called on the Friday and had my appointment on the Monday. Norman and Liam were lovely guys who went about their business very professionally and discreetly. I had my completed report by Wednesday. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.
