Cannot be trusted. Narcasistic staff. Point out they are wrong and they will then falsify reports and lie to make you look bad. Full of false promises that they never follow up on. Make apointments then cancel. when you comeplain these canceled apointment don't show on the record. On the note of complaints they dont read them anyway and tell you you are wron, simply closing rate ks to cover each other's backs. Dodgy, waste of space, genuinely this department must exist as it keeps the \social workers\ out of the dole que as no one else would employ the skill-less un trustworthy people that are foolishly placed in a position of trust. In summary the local social work team are not interested in you they just cause damage and then change role to avoid being held accountable. Expect no support from them. Anything they say is probably a lie. Don't trust them. When you realise they are lieing and you complain expect to be told you are wrong, and then take your complaint to the ombudsman.
