I recently had occasion to visit my brother in Scotland and was fortunate enough for my time there to co-incide with a meeting with their people - Esther and Jade. I was provided with a wonderfully-prepared , detailed report which clearly demonstrated their total professionalism and commitment to my brother's well being. This was despite attempts by governmental representatives to impose unacceptable conditions to their services. Truly commendable people and a credit to their profession/vocation. John Pinchbeck
