My first experience of a Turkish/Moroccan spa and I can confidently say that I will be going again. I enjoyed the full body exfoliation and the clay mask. The steam room was really hot... Which I had to keep taking breaks but that is a personal thing and the staff are more than happy to turn it down. The head massage and hair wash was lovely. The staff were really friendly... And we finished with a Moroccan tea. The only thing that I guess could be a little bit better are changing facilities as it is really small but does not take away from the experience. We also managed to get a parking spot directly outside.

Booked a spa package for my wifes birthday on the phone was told they are not honouring the groupon deal as they've asked for it to be taken down. I was offered the same package with an added massage for an extra cost but all we got was steam room access and a therapist bathing us with the bubbles and exfoliating scrub and hair wash. When we questioned the massage the manager/owner got rude so we just said forget it. Self service tea out of a flask and old uncovered turkish delight in a not so relaxing room with a bench and cusions on the floor. Only giving 2 stars for decor in the therapy rooms and therapist. If your incapable of bathing yourself get the turkish/ morrocan package.
The receptionist was rude and arrogant when I asked him for the information for the coupon he told me it's not his problem after he called me. And all day I find calling to ask for information, NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE
I am extremely disappointed with this establishment, not only was it small and not hygienic, but my time there was cut short due to maintenance in the steam room! I was not offered the Turkish tea as promised, and when I reminded them that it was part of the package - I felt the Turkish delight and it was rock hard. The manager was utterly rude, she was walking away as I was explaining my concerns and she actually said ‘you look like you want to die’ - no joke. The treatments are not of a high quality - the products used looked diluted - (that’s not to say the lady who did the treatments was lovely) The locker rooms are extremely small - I’m talking 2 people at one time max. And to top it off, if your using groupon or wowcher - the use of facilities doesn’t include the jacuzzi - I was told this when I arrived. Overall I booked this for my sister and I as a gift and I’m utterly disappointed at the level of customer service and level of hygiene. I would advise you not to go here unless you like using a hammer to break into a piece of Turkish delight.
This was a very disappointing experience. Booked through Groupon at a reasonable price. When I called to book this I asked to make sure that we both could have the treatment together as it was for our anniversary. When we arrived we were greeted by a lady who spoke very little English. So she was not able to explain what the procedure was. There was no form of consultation. We were asked to fill out a form regarding our health which was self explanatory. Then we were directed to a room to get changed. Room was small and not very clean, no hooks to hang towels or other items. The lady then came to us and we were told to take a seat. We had water thrown on us and then black soap applied. We were then asked to go sit in the same room. We were called 1 at a time to have our massage and body scrub. This was meant to be done together. It was only at this point that we were told that the other masseuse was not able to come in today and that we had to have separate treatments. This was all done and then we got changed again and then told we could sit in the 'relaxation' room. There was no door on this room. It was quite cold and you could hear the staff talking very loudly on the phone. This was far from relaxing. I called the following day to speak to someone regarding this experience and the manager, Sara didn't care that we had a bad experience. The massage was good but the staff are very rude and not welcoming. I wouldn't recommend this place.
