In a crowded marketplace I would wholeheartedly recommend seeing Katie Ryalls in Mini sales. I have bought well over 30 cars over the years and also worked in many different dealerships so feel I've gained good knowledge of the sales process- Katie is an absolute credit to the profession and the brand. I came in at a difficult time in my life looking to swap a deceased relative's car for a new one and couldn't have been handled more sensitively or considerately. Car sales is as much about understanding people as the ability to retain and convey product knowledge - Katie excels at both. For anyone concerned about COVID the dealership as a whole has also taken protocols very seriously giving customers confidence in the process.

I would recommend Marshall Mini Hampshire (Hook) having received excellent customer service from them when purchasing another Mini. (I previously bought a Mini from Marshall Mini in Bournemouth so had good experience of the company). In Hook we liaised with Josh Atkinson in Sales who has been, efficient, professional and extremely helpful throughout. I picked up my new car yesterday and am enjoying it tremendously. From the Sales Manager to Georgina in reception, the experience has been a very easy and pleasant one. I would wholeheartedly recommend Josh and Marshall Mini.
I recently purchased a Mini Clubman from Marshall Hook. The customer service provided by Katie throughout the process was excellent. On my initial visit I just dropped in for a quick look. Katie spent considerable time chatting with me and answering questions. Around a week later, I arranged a test drive and this was organised with the minimum of fuss. After completing the drive and talking numbers, there was plenty of time to just sit in the car and consider options with no pressure. Having had a bad experience with warranties in the past (with a different car brand and dealership), I wanted to be very clear about certain elements of the extended warranty options. Katie followed this up and quickly provided details via e-mail which clarified all of my queries. Collection of the car was arranged for a few days later and this was completed promptly and efficiently. Throughout all elements of the buying process I found Katie to be personable, knowledgeable and patient with my many questions - much appreciated.

She spent a considerable amount of time talking me through the car, really listening to my concerns and answering all my lengthy questions and generally putting me at ease.
