Hi! Just wanted to say Clare and her team were amazing! Had to put my beautiful boy Monty into cattery as was having major work done in the house. Clare sent me catdates frequently so I could see Monty enjoying himself at theirs! He was completely chilled out and loving it! Can’t thank them enough for looking after my boy! Xxx

The ladies at Claremont chattery are tremendous, would not think of taking my two any where else. Clare and the crew always try to accommodate and will go the extra mile if at all possible.
So far so good. VERY impressed. Boarded cats before many times but I’ve not found one as diligent, caring and professional as this. Cooper hasn’t actually stayed yet but wanted to share my experience so far. This absolute gem of a place is at the back of the biggest garden I have ever seen - very quiet and peaceful set in a former orchard. We found ourselves in a bit of situation needing accommodation at short notice, we live in the area, noticed they opened at 17.00 and made a call - asked if we could pop round to inspect - Clare, the owner said yes straight away ( always a good sign ) gave directions and where to park. Our boy ( like everyone else’s!) is very special - an abused rescue from Dubai - Clare knew immediately what breed he was. He is FIV and she knew all about the condition, we mentioned he had all his teeth out and again she was aware of this side effect - I was immediately comfortable leaving our cherished boy in her care. She also knew our vet and is calling to ensure she has all the information she needs in regard to Coopers well being Claremont was fully booked but took our details in case of any cancellations, as promised we got an email the next day and over the moon that Cooper is now going for his little staycation! Spacious chalets ( the ones for 2/3 cats are HUGE) very clean, passionate about cats in their care and have complete trust in Claremont to look after our boy. Georgia the one member of staff we met was lovely - very smiley and polite - feeding time when we visited so she had her hands full but she treated all the cats with genuine care and respect. No wonder is business is recommended and praised so much by professionals in the industry, cat charities and clients. It’s lovely.
My cat loves coming to Claremont. Staff very friendly and always very welcoming. Accommodation has been recently been refurbished with larger accommodation.
Just picked up our cat Neko from her week long stay at Claremont and it's a great cattery! The staff are sooo lovely, they kept me updated and Neko is very happy and healthy. The facilities are lovely, clean and super organized!! Will be coming back for sure!
