I needed an extension link for my mother- in-laws beloved watch. Having tried a few jewels with no luck, I was pointed to this shop. Very pleased with the customer service here. Nothing was too much trouble, he didn’t have the exact colour but what he had was sufficient. Well recommend. I will return with all of my watches in need of batteries or repair.

I first used the store to adjust my new tag watch and they gave a great service. They have since repaired my old seamaster. They are great value and very knowledgeable. I will be using them in the future for service’s.
I took an omega to this shop for a valuation, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very professional and helped me greatly in sale of the watch, I would highly recommend if you have any type of time piece you either need work doing on or valuing. You can really tell that care was given in the handling of the watch unlike some other shops I have used.
I own a lot of antique clocks, which have been mended a few times by other clock repairers, and broken again after a few months, but I find Hands of Time not only mend your clock, with a guarantee on it, but it stays mended. I could only say this is an excellent service and I will not be going anywhere else. I have recommended to other people who are also very pleased with the service. Well done, someone who knows their job and doesn't rip you off. Don't go anywhere else if you want a working clock or watch mended. 5 Star service.
