I contacted this company after a friend of mine used their services previously. I have been very Worried about having any work done at my parents house due to the pandemic. So I called the company first - they explained their protocol and procedures which reassured me to go ahead. I attended to my parents house to be present during. A clean presentable man called Pete was punctual and noticed he took the pandemic seriously wearing PPE (mask and gloves). He has a brilliant sense of humour. Work was completed efficiently and effectively. my parents are over the moon with the clean fitting of their curved stair lift and the clean smell of antibacterial. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Will highly recommend.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to you both for helping my grandmother (Beryl Morton) yesterday. Your service was fantastic when I rang you and I felt so relieved that being 150 miles away, I'd found such a reassuring, friendly company to help. I've spoken to my grandmother today and she was so happy that it had been fixed by such a lovely gentleman, so thank you. She is much brighter and she told me it's wonderful as she no longer has to worry about it, knowing she can call on you if plays up again. fabulous service! Hands on installed a stair lift for my family member, they were kind and efficient and friendly when they installed it. They have also given fantastic after care, have come quickly to look at any problems that have arisen and sent yearly reminders for a maintenance check. In addition to this they have been very helpful to me in finding records of our payment history with them for me to provide to various social services. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I wanted a stairlift removed from my house. We arranged a date and time and Peter arrived exactly on time and removed the stairlift very efficiently and carefully. He then vacuumed so that everything was left clean and tidy. The level of service and attention to detail was excellent! Thoroughly recommended!
