Andy is a thoughful and diligent installer, advised me on my choice of burner, facilitated a chimney sweep and plasterer and ensured everybody co-ordinated. He was also significantly cheaper than all other quotes recieved and didn't scrimp on materials (25 year warrany on the liner). Really very good.
Installer was chaotic (12th July 2017 ) and I had complaints from other contractors working on the house as the lining was fitted. In addition the lounge carpet was damaged with soot - no offer of a clean to repair it. Last month (November) a plate closing off the chimney detached. It has been secured with adhesive, not screwed in place. Given it is heated this was always going to fail. That has now prompted me to leave this review combined with the lack of care on the day.
Really lovely job, very pleasant and professional service. Left everything nice and tidy. :)
