Stunning food, marvelous place, attentive staff, everyone working in there looked like they cared and it shows. First time visit at Harborne Kitchen and was well impressed, look forward to seeing you again soon. Would highly recommend getting a table at the ‘chefs table’ if there are two of you (3 or 4 of you can get awkward to talk).

There is a orchestrated rhythm to Harborne Kitchen as you, the honourable guest, are presented with the staff, a comfortable table and the articulate crafted dishes. I lean towards vegetarian cuisine, these are appropriately catered for in a 4,6 or 8 dish set menu offering. Being a person that sits firmly on the fence I went for the 6. Each dish arrives like clockwork to meet its Michelin star awarded tempo. The food is presented beautifully; I try my utmost to appreciate every flavourful note. It is an adventure for the senses; the Roscoff Onion was my favourite. A ballsy hit from the blue cheese set my senses alight. Service was professional, yet warm and earthy. There are few places in Brum where you can experience humble elegance like this. It is special and if you love food should be on your visit list.
