Visited here during lockdown whilst filming a TV programme. A wonderful time capsule that continues to entertain using an art form that is slowly disappearing. Hope the oldest puppet theatre in UK can soon reopen.

A treat if you haven't been before. One man's passion to keep puppets from history alive. Children will love the magic tricks. Theatre could do with a face lift but Rhos needs to support this gem.

What a wonderful small theatre in Rhos on Sea to take children to. The Harlequin Puppet Theatre is the first and only permanent Puppet Theatre to be built in Britain. It opened in way back 1958 and is privately owned. As you would suspect the shows are for children so it is opens during all school holiday periods throughout the year. A wide range of shows are presented during the year and are preformed very well indeed. A really great way to spend some time during the holidays.

A fantastic show, the kids ( and adults) loved it. Well recommend a visit for some traditional entertainment in this era of ipads and touch screens it was nice to see no one missed them and plenty of fun was had by all.
