Awful experience asked for a jig and they told me it will take a couple weeks when I called in a couple weeks they said it will take a week later. I forgot about it for a month I called still nothing. Then I tried to call and they picked up the phone then put it down! I called on another phone and they promised to have it finished in a week, but what happened was they did the same thing and put down the phone when I called. So rude, they lied and I'm so disappointed. I don't know why you would say you would do something and then never do it so bizarre. To round up awful business, HORRENDOUS communication if I could rate it lower than a 1 star I would.

Fantastic! I really appreciate how much time, effort and care Lukas put in to designing the print and making sure it looked perfect, not to mention how friendly and helpful he was! I'm very happy with the chopping board I got engraved and so is my friend who received it as a gift!
