My sister used to go to Sparks when she lived in the area so she recommended me to them. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought a second hand bike off of them which they had fixed up and I was very happy with the experience. Great that they also have loads of bicycle gear there, I'm very happy with the reflective jacket I bought and will definitely be going back. Great to have a local bike repair shop that feels so trustworthy and professional.

I came into Sparks before going on a long distance cycle and they hooked me up with literally everything I needed more. So easy to talk with and it is so clear that they have years of experience with bicycles. I am the very happy owner of my first ever road bike and completed my trip without any (bike) problems. I also think that by buying my bike with Sparks, my bicycle will have the best possible maintenance relationship because as I said, they really know their stuff.
Visited them twice this year to help with my Tern folding bike, since they are one of the few places in my area that are able to get parts for it. They are excellent and incredibly helpful, and gave me great advice in how to care for my bike. Would recommend them to anyone who has a Tern bike!

I dropped off a shoe with rounded cleat bolt that needed to be removed. It took a couple weeks to get sorted, but thats no surprise due to how stuck it was! Overall I was very please. The service didn't coast the earth and was completed to a good standard. The guy who dealt with the issue was very polite, helpful and generally a happy chap. Thanks again for your help!
