We visited there for two things, we found only one. Staff was completely unable to guide us and advise on the second thing we were looking to purchase. Finally we talked with a manager that advised we should visit a larger B&Q store since this one in Harlow doesn't offer the same variety. Till staff becomes friendlier and willing to support its customers simple enquiries I would suggest to avoid. Too bad.

I've always had a good shopping experience here. Usually got exactly what I need for home DIY projects. My only gripe is not with B&Q, but the awful car park and the time it takes to get out of it. Harlow council need to sort that bit out.

Ordered on click and collect. Didn't have to wait long till text received to collect it. Had to queue for a shirt time to get into store. Well organised and efficient. A lovely guy named Nick went to collect our item. He was so polite and very quick. Great service and my bun storage cupboard is fab

Nice and easy trip during the Corona! Staff seemed a bit clueless however they were attentive and did try their best to help, and as usual good service and good quality paint in B&Q. I'll give a 5 star!
