Definitely a favourite garden centre. Nice to spend a good few hours there with lots of lovely things to look at and buy

Great garden centre. We had been looking for a bird bath for ages and found exactly what we were looking for. Plants all looked really healthy. Staff were very helpful.

O how disappointing, haven't been since first year after take over by blue diamond. Hardly any dahlia tubers, which were expensive compared to other brands, and they stocked only their own brand. Seeds, very few of Mr Fothergill flowers. As for perennials areas, which used to be huge with a very good range of not just species but varieties that others didn't stock, this area had been reduced by more than half and although this is not the season for perennials, could see how few now stocked. Wanted hellebores, but only a couple very expensive ones., So sad to see this turned into such a poor, expensive place compared to how it was. So disappointing. But never mind, large areas devoted to plastic animals

This is a large and well stocked garden centre. Very big selection inside, pots, nutrients, amongst various other accessories. A little on the pricey side, but thats how it is with garden centres now, especially being a chain. Can almost always find what you’re looking for, plus more here. Staff seem to be friendly and helpful. “Corona” safe. They have done the best they can. Anyone complaining otherwise should probably just stay at home.

This garden centre offers a huge range of plants to suit any and every location, both indoors and outside. There are thousands of plants on display – including shrubs, fruit and ornamental trees – with plants of all sizes and prices, from seeds, plug plants and trays of bedding to large, mature trees. Plus just about anything you might need to care for your plants or enjoy your outside space. Take time to explore and discover garden furniture and ornaments, barbecues, pots and tubs of many sizes and designs, garden tools and hard landscaping. There's also a varied range of gifts and crafts from bath bombs to books, water features to wind-chimes. The Tea Shop serves hot and cold food. Come for lunch and there are jacket potatoes, salads, sandwiches and quiches. Or choose from a range of cakes and pastries plus tea or fresh coffee. Service can be slow at busy times. You can sit indoors or outside under the pergola. Accessible toilets are near the tea shop. Under development (August 2019) is a miniature railway which meanders around the grounds. This is a wonderful place to browse. And it's easy to get to, just off M11 at junction 7. Plenty of parking, although it does get busy. Overflow parking on the grass.
