Worked here 2 years ago. Brought in to the office and was told multiple lies, I lasted 7 months before moving on to pastures new. Issues stem from poor prior management which required funding. Poorer management from the subsequent takeover and ongoing incapability to fix the root issues such as poor vendor management, quality and general management would later lead the the demise of the company. Very blind (if loyal) office staff with multiple areas of infighting and disagreement. I understand that pride will folly us all in some areas but this was glaringly obvious and should/could have been mitigated.

Extremely unprofessional, in both employment and manufacturing. How they are still doing contracts for Rolls Royce is beyond me.
