The Dentists are really nice and very caring. However, you can have the best dentists in the world but if you can never get through on the phone to make appointments etc there is no point. I have phoned 15 times in a single day before until I gave up and drove to the surgery - very poor front line service.

I had to visit the practice for an emergency extraction during the Covid-19 outbreak and had never been to the practice before. Georg carried out a very difficult extraction successfully for me for which I thank him. I was the only patient in the practice and hygiene measures seemed to be good.

Went for emergency treatment on tooth. Dentist was professional and gave all options, went through the x-ray to explain the issues and between us we decided on a course of action. Covid-19 protections in place and felt very safe.
