Rip off. Absolute rip off vets. Eye drops cost 100!! And then they did not give the correct instructions in order to get us to go back as eye was not improving. That entails another vet consultation fee! We found this out as eye was not improving so took pug to another vets for second opinion. Whereby we found out drops shld have been administered 2 hourly not 8 hourly!!! Plus the price of the drops at this vets was double what the new vets charged!! AVOID! We have been in dogs for decades and this is the worst service around. North Weald vets recommend. And East Wick.

Rip off avoid this company. If you do use them make sure you check you have your pets medication, the right amount or for the correct weight dosage, check the price as it may have gone up 5 in 3 months simply because they feel they can do this. If you do notice you have been given the wrong thing you have to wait 24 hours for them to change it, you ask them to check the price which of course you paid too much for. They can’t refund to the card you paid with they tell you to contact there head office! Simply outrageous I don’t care if it’s 3 or 300 you overcharged me, it is my money you should refund it to me
I have been going to Walton Lodge for over 20 years and have always found them to be professional, friendly and helpful. Many times they have gone out of their way to be kind. The lady on reception at the Bengeo practice is particularly lovely.
