Good service apart from the wait on arrival and no one to greet you or direct you where to go. However once we were seen the rep was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Brilliant showroom with non pushy sales people. Owned 4 cars from this garage over the course of 7 years. All have been brilliant and if there were issues their servicing team are very accommodating and helpful. Forecourt isn't huge, but they manage to fit a large amount of demo cars here and also the rear of the building.

Avoid as they tried to sell me a car on a higher price than listed online to rip me off. Promised everything till the contract than never followed up after the sale. Got red-handed the sales rep like 10 times and he carried over without a blink. Unfortunately I needed a car quickly so I went into a deal. I supposed to be able to return the car for at least for 20days after sales but the sales rep said I'm only able if it has a mechanical fault!? Please do yourself a favour and learn from my mistake and go to Milon Keynes or Gray's.

I have just bought a Kia Proceed from Brayleys in Harpenden. I hasten to add, I live in Dundee, Scotland. 445 miles away. I dealt with Josh Bolderson who was polite, corteous and extremely helpful. He made the buying process so, so simple and straightforward. Josh, you are a credit to Brayleys! I never even saw the car in the flesh, or took it for a test drive, but did look at reviews, and test drove one up here. Josh gave me all the information I needed, regarding the Proceed I was buying, and told me everything. I only saw the car when it was delivered and it was stunning, complete with all the necessary paperwork. A massive thank you to Brayleys, especially Josh Bolderson. Excellent garage and excellent service. I will definately be using them again. 10 out 10.

Absolutely fantastic service , purchased a Mazda 3 for my elderly farther . Tim delivered the car and made the process so easy and with such professionalism. Superb throughout would recommend it to anyone . We will look to use again in the future .

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE this dealership is full of liars bought brand new cx-30 in January 2 weeks later the panels on the doors faded took back two time to find out they just use colour wash to hide but got caught out then leather inside went patchy was told they would have my car for 4 days to deep clean leather and replace all panels dropped the car off to have a phone call 4 hours later saying it was ready again they just used colour to was to try trick me thinking it was new but wasn’t Ian one the manger there is nothing but a massive lair then more issue occurred my steering wheel starting peeling baring in mind this car was brand new when ringing them to let them know of a problem I was accused trying to make out like it was my fault then tried saying was the anti bac gel I’ve been using 9 months down the line I have still not had the repairs done on my car they will not offer me money back if I Wanted to take the car back it would cost me money this place is the worse dealership please save your self the headache and stress DO NOT GO HERE
