Steve from Elite came to our rescue Saturday during lockdown, when our flight circled Leeds Bradford airport due to fog for one hour, then diverted to Manchester. Steve phoned me at Manchester and said he was willing to do anything to make sure we were not stranded as it was late. He waited until 2:30am as Ryanair bussed us over, and didn't even charge me any extra. Steve is exactly why we always use Elite, the staff are always willing to go above and beyond for the customer. He truly is a great guy working for a great company.
Been using Elite for about three (3) weeks now. Service is exceptional - nice cars - great drivers. Always on time, usually waiting for me! I have used them twice a day - in and out of work - and they have proved to be extremely reliable, and very flexible, if you have to change your plans. I don't understand where the 1-star reviews come from! Certainly not from me! They know how to look after their customers. 5-stars from me. Pete B
