Ian has been my piano teacher since January. He is exceptionally talented and I am very happy, and super excited, with the progress and direction we are going in. Ian is thorough in all aspects of his tuition, we manage to cover theory, rhythm, counting, dynamics and patterns, working with a metronome as well as playing pieces in depth! I have learned so much in my short time with Ian, and I thoroughly enjoy my lessons. I'm looking forward to working with Ian on my Grade 4 exam pieces, as I'm sure his expert teaching will be hugely beneficial. Ian is fun to work with, but he covers everything properly, no cutting corners, he's a brilliant teacher, very professional and I would highly recommend him. Chloe.

Ian is the most patient of teachers and patience is definitely needed with me and my musical abilities! I would highly recommend him as a piano teacher for adults and children alike. He's enthusiastic and makes the learning process fun.
