The tuition has been a really positive experience for my daughter. She likes both her teachers, who are engaging and encouraging. It has been particularly helpful to still be able to have online lessons and contact with the teachers during lockdown when she is missing her school. Many thanks for all the support!

My 9 year old son was initially reluctant to have extra tuition in maths, however from the word go, Richard put him at ease and clearly explained to us all what would be involved. We have been using Kip McGrath Harrogate for several months now and my son is very happy to go each week. Learning continued online throughout lockdown and the summer holidays which gave him a boost. The tutors are patient and thorough in their understanding of how quickly/slowly to proceed and identifying areas to work on. Useful feedback is also given after each session. Communication from the centre is good and my son loves the certificates that he gets after completing a certain amount of questions. Would definitely recommend
KIP tutors have given my children the confidence and skills to make progress in both English and Maths. The additional sessions offered during the Covid lockdown have been so good at keeping them on track.
My children had amazing success with their GCSE results thanks to the team at Kip McGrath. Their confidence, understanding and ability improved with each lesson with the help of the very approachable and patient teaching staff.
Richard and the team are very professional, they always feedback and update the process of the kids in their academic work.
Richard and his team are fantastic with the children. They work with such small groups enabling the tutor to really get to know their students and tailor their teaching to each child’s strengths. Yet it’s still in a small classroom environment making the setting familiar and less intense for the children. The team have helped one of my children through their SATS and are now preparing him for his GCSEs whilst the other is now working towards his SATs. My children really enjoy their sessions and each have a great connection with their respective tutor, they are made to feel special and feel confident to ask any questions as no question is a silly question, and if it’s taken a little more time than we thought to help them understand a topic, then that’s not a problem their learning plan is simply readjusted until the child is confident in that area. Personally I couldn’t recommend or thank Richard and his team enough for all they have/are doing for my children - thank you.
