There was a bit of delay because of supply problems with the briquettes. But Gareth was extremely helpful, and communicated at all stages. The briquettes are well-packed, so cleaner to handle than logs. I'm very please.

Amazing service and even better logs! They arrived within 2 days, all dry and more than expected, and have already been put to the test: great slow burners. Struggled with the idea of buying logs so far away but the company's sustainability policies persuaded me and I definitely don't regret the purchase.
