What lovely brilliant and kind courteous service from the lovely Charlie at TPSL just now. Charming - clearly running through options in a way even I understood Charlie could not have been more helpful in saving me money and calming me down after my visit to a nearby national electronics supplier from whom I bought my printer. My next printer and all my ink will now be purchased at TPSL. Highly highly recommended.

I had a problem with my Epson print and was directed to TPSL by Epson online services as they were my nearest service centre. I called on Monday morning and received a call back from Charlie on Monday afternoon. By Wednesday afternoon I had my printer replaced and delivered to my home under warranty. What more can you ask for! Excellent service and really helpful I would highly recommend.
