Great location and very helpful staff. Super simple to hire a storage unit online or in person. Excellent customer service at Harrow, lift and trolleys are available to help with moving stuff. A Friendly, Clean and Welcoming store. Highly recommended! Thanks for all your help over the years.
The location is perfect, close to Harrow-on-the-Hill underground and bus stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a lift and trolleys to help you move your belongings in. I had a great experience and would use Access Storage again. I highly recommend it.
First time using a storage unit facility and very impressed with Access Storage Harrow. The staff made the whole process very straightforward and were always friendly and helpful.
I've only given 4 stars as I've only just signed up and haven't used the facility yet, but the staff especially Harry were prompt to answer my emails and even liaised with my delivery people who were at first very reluctant about delivering to a storage unit because of previous bad experiences. There were also polite and courteous at all times even when I decided I needed to change to a different sized unit.
