Loved this place for years and was gutted to stop when I switched to a vegan diet. Thankfully Mihaela at the Harrow kiosk agreed to veganise my favourite flavour and I could not be more grateful. Huge shoutout to her and I can't wait to be back again!

Quite often the pretzel, sticks or bites tend to be quite chewy. Sometimes burnt and hard. Had a foul chemical taste once.

Really good, but this particular store may have a habit of cooking their food for a little longer than others. Have had relatives complain about this, but I've never had this issue so take with a pinch of salt.

Pretzels taste amazing and store is always clean. I like it. :)

Avoid. I complained when I saw them rolling sausages on the same surface as they do the vegetarian pretzels, and they didn't seem to care at all.
