Came 20 minutes early but was put through to my actual test shortly afterwards. Anand Vyas was very professional ; not only did he take his time to explain each step of the comprehensive eye test, he also provided lengthy answers to all queries and questions I sent his way. Following the interview, he and his colleague were very patient as I indecisively tried on 20 frames, and gave honest opinions throughout. Despite everything, there was no pressure on upselling. Highly recommend this place as someone who exclusively went to Specsavers for years, ditch the fast paced retail model, invest a little bit more and you will surely feel the value of excellent Customer Experience.
