Not good always a ques even before covid 2 staff 3 if your lucky. Place is messy most of the time, staff are rude store manager doesn't seem that bothered, they are more interested in moving fixtures then getting money in the tills. It's so bad as I like New look but now I avoid here as much as possible i get my click and collect or get in get out ASAP. We are meant to support our local shops but not when staff are rude and place needs tender loving care not a place which is total lost cause.

Security guy is abit weird you ask him politely something he gets all defensive but then someone ask him rudly and he'll do whatever they say. For example 2 minutes to 5 i literally need to collect an order not buy anything I asked nicely and he just kept blanking me like I didn't exist while the door is open next day random staff lady at till when I went the next day started telling me her life story about having maggots outside her house and ask my advice like bro just give me my order please its a collection
Good social distancing in place and good range of sizes and choice
This shop is my favourite of all clothes shops. It has clothes for women and girls, that are really comfortable, for every size and every occasion. I really recommend going there
Very well organised and good one way system. You can't try on clothes, which is understandable, but I wouldn't buy without trying on xx
I never go to new look, I was just browsing, so went in. They have really nice things, good quality and reasonable price. There were staff around but I did not approach them. I think I am going to go there again.
