Arrived quickly and easy to install. Give you envelopes to send used cartridges off for recycling. I had an issue with one cartridge. Had very quick help from them and received a replacement very quickly when it wouldn't work. Would recommend.

I ordered cartridges at the beginning of January which according to the website were in stock for next day delivery, they never arrived...when I contacted them I was told they were out of stock so I cancelled the order and requested a refund... I contacted them again after 3 weeks as still no refund and finally today the refund has been done one month after my request. Terrible service I will not use again

No fuss, no bother for ordering and receiving the goods. When calling to get a VAT invoice, it was supplied within 60seconds (the only improvement would be for the VAT invoice to be emailed automatically, but this could have been something I did wrong during the order placing process). thanks

Do not buy from this company!!!!!!! Their customer service is appalling for one. I purchased some of their cartridges last year (which took weeks to arrive and many chasing emails sent to get my goods!) then after a few months they have stopped being recognised by the printer. I have had to argue to get them returned under their guarantee, and now they are ignoring emails to get my refund!! Phoned them and all I got was a load of rubbish about not being able to give me my full refund. Do not use them!!!!!!

I needed a black cartridge for my HP Laser printer; other compatibles I've tried haven't been up to the job or failed to show how much was left. I ordered 3 cartridges taking up the Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer on Monday afternoon. Phoned home from Head Office lunchtime Tuesday, they'd already arrived! Installed in the evening and so far working fine. would happily recommend and I shall be using Printerinks again.
