Used this place a few times now for an MOT and new clutch and will go back for all my services in the future. Prices are fair and no hidden extras snook in over the quoted price. Standard of work is good and punctual. Staff are friendly and know their stuff. Point to note, they don't take cards, so its cash or bank transfers only. Not a problem if you know and keeps their prices down.

First I want to say that I’ve been a customer for years and never had to complain about the service I received. But today I really disappointed ! I asked Swallow Motorcycle for a quote following a road accident, because the insurance company asking for it. I was told they would send me the quote via email. They had been waiting over a week for price to come back, this was not a problem. After they told me that’s have received the price they tried to send me the quote via email, however I did not receive it. I reconfirmed my email address but they struggled to send it to me 3 times, saying that my email address doesn’t work. I was then asked to collect it from the garage, so I took an afternoon off work to do this, because I needed the quote urgently. When I arrived they asked me to pay 65 for the quote !!! This was never mentioned before! I feel as though my time was wasted as this could have been settled before. I was happy for them to carry out all the repairs (1400) but after that I will not return !
Took bike for MOT very helpful as usual, would not use any other business
I've been using Andy for over 10 years and won't take my bikes anywhere else. He does what he says, is fair in his prices and is always available for advice. Harry and Bill are also great lads so you won't be disappointed.
They're a good bunch down there, MOT's servicing etc
