Cant thank Nicola, Chloe @ Derek enough - amazing job on our lounge with the centre piece giant backlit clock being the highlight. Our shutters are also fantastic! Thank you 5***** all the way!

I ordered one set of pineapple lamps on March 10th. I have yet to receive these items. I’m leaving to go back to America on Sunday, so even if I wanted to return the items if they actually showed up I would not have time. They have no disclaimers on their website about ship times, I would not have ordered an item that wouldn’t arrive before I left the country for which I have zero use for it now. No one answers the customer service line, I had to call the blinds department and the woman who answered that call reported that no one answers the customer service. I opened a case with PayPal whereby the company tried to blame me and refuses to offer me a refund. This company is a scam, they treat their customers like complete garbage.

Placed an order at the start of March and it still hasn't been dispatched, after chasing I was advised postage is taking longer to due to COVID but not of my orders from anywhere else have been this delayed, I suspect from reading other reviews it perhaps stock they don't have in and are awaiting a delivery themselves (but have not explained this to me). I have requested a full refund and will be raising a case with the financial ombudsman if not received this week. Such a shame as I love lots of their stuff. Yes I am a customer, order number #1551. Order under married name, review under maiden name.

Shocking customer service, have been waiting two months for my item which I placed on the 10th of February still hasn’t arrived. They told me that the item would arrive in the next 7-10 days... yet I have had no email confirmation that the item has been shipped. I have asked 4 times for a refund and they keep giving me the same answer, “your item will be with you in the 7-10days” I have since emailed them 8 times recently have abs haven’t had a single email back. I am absolutely appalled by this company and how they treat their costumers. They are a small family business but surely they should care a little more no?? Funnily enough if you scroll down on the reviews a colleague of theirs has given them a 5 star rating.... Since then my partner has been blocked on their Instagram. And now me too!!! Harvey Bruce if you read this please give me my money back! Or I will have to contact the financial ombudsman and sanction my right as a consumer. Also please don’t reply that I am not a customer. I have two emails address. Yes I am a customer, order number #1468 - order through my partner!! As you are ignoring emails.... maybe response.

Be aware Harvey Bruce Interiors are selling stock that they clearly don’t have . Response when I requested a status update on my order “ Apologies but there is an indefinite delay on this product.” waiting on refund
