im taking multi vitamin tablets for few weeks and They are to be taken one a day. These are easy to swallow and have a natural taste. After taking for a few days i feel better and less tired than before. Amazing products. One of very few brands that offer halal certified vitamins and supplements but are also affordable. I have tried the VIT-D3 1000IU and the HAIR vitamins and I would recommend their products to anyone. They have a wide range of products and the lovely packaging is a bonus :)
