Hygiene particularly in the toilet and corridors area was disgusting have photos of how dirty doors,walls into these areas not acceptable at all so dirty!very poor slow service and food average !sorry no excuse for this at all would not choose to revisit haslemere restaurant until cleaned!goodness knows how clean the kitchens are based on this!sort it out please!
We were not welcome from the first moment we opened the door. The service was awful, other customers who came here later were served faster. The attitude was horrible. We had to look for dessert menu and it seemed that there were no waiters around. I will only come back here, because the food is Tasty. Manager please change opening times: we arrived at 11am on Sunday, because google has this information, The opening time should be 11.30am.
Great food, lovely well cooked pizza. They were very accommodating with our groups payment needs, (we were a group of eight wanting to split the bill, some with vouchers some with Taste Cards), and I think stayed open for us to finish our meal... It was so good that when I noticed that the service charge (that was included in the bill) was calculated AFTER the vouchers were taken into account and the bill reduced, I paid them the extra to cover it... Well recommended!
Absolutley lovely food. First class. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. Would definitely return
