Dear Sirs, Incident date 20/09/2019 Incident number 2402 Call sign number 645 I would like to express my very sincere gratitude to the lovely team who came out to me due to a severe antibiotic reaction that I was experiencing on my Drs recommendation that I went to A&E. They team were very thorough and calm, which was such a help as I was to be very honest terrified, although I tried to be calm. They were so friendly, professional and stayed with me until my breathing, skin burning and irritation started to ease with the help of antihistamine. I felt awful that they had been called, but because of my Rheumatoid Arthritis bio drugs and the fast way they can distort infections or other meds I felt I had no choice. Please will you give my very grateful thanks and appreciation to the lovely Australian young man, his pretty colleague and the sweet trainee. I apologise because the leaflet they left with their names on went missing. The ambulance crews are the life line to saving so many people and they are so often forgotten. Their courage in certain situations, patience, experience, kindness, courtesy and professionalism is to be high commended. Yours faithfully, Jacqui Prendiville
