Absolutely love coming swimming here, the pool is always warm and the staff are friendly. Also LOVE Liz's aqua aerobics class on a Tuesday night, best aqua class I've ever been to. My only gripe (and the reason it's only 4 stars) is that there is just too many people allowed in the class! 26 ladies in such a small section of the pool means that you cannot exercise properly without the fear of hitting or kicking those around you. Bring back the Thursday night class or decrease the number of attendees allowed & this would be perfect.

Hatch End Swimming Pool
Despicable place. Does not warrant 1 star even. Going to complain to Harrow Council. We have paid almost 400 over the last year and our 7yr old has made no progress. There is a particularly obnoxious swimming teacher called Lucy. I don’t normally name and shame but she is dire. Last week she refused to teach my child as she was double booked, and we were promised by the manager this week that she would teach my daughter. We went to the horrible place in the pouring rain. Again our class was cancelled. The guy at the desk said “you need to complain to Billy the manager, he is not very good”. Also people go into to the swimming area with outdoor shoes on. Haven’t seen that anywhere. Please avoid at all costs.
Really enjoy swimming at this pool particularly Tuesday and Thursday evening where there’s ladies-only swimming sessions. Staff is generally very good but I would like to single out Maria the lifeguard during the ladies sessions who is helpful, professional and friendly. On the negative side, change rooms and associated facilities need an urgent update and refresh. The water in the pool is also extremely cold- it needs to be heated, especially in the winter months.
Aqua aerobics on Thursday evening during ladies night is overcrowded. Only a small area of pool is provided for about 24 people. No room to exercise properly. The rest of the pool is used by about 6 or 7 & is much larger. I was kicked during the class resulting in an injury. It is dangerous. Barrier needs moving back to allow more room.
I am a member of this place and been going for few months. The facilities are very poor and the toilets are disgusting. The swim Instructors are good which makes me to go. The staff is not really flexible in moving the classes, they don't have an option to freeze the membership when you are away, this is commercial. I would not recommend this place unless you are in a verge of learning to swim
One of the best pitches ive played on in West London. Very impressed. Bar could have a few more options but was overall a comfortable experience.
Very nice place and clean. I have bee before 3pm till 4:00 o clock and I really enjoyed because was quite.i will go again.
