The car was just fine, then we had an health check done at Audi few days ago, and they said that, except for a top up of engine oil and a work on the shock absorbers, the car was fine. 2 days later, all those lights came on and now I'm waiting for AA to come and rescue, because car max speed is 16 m/ph. Great Job guys! Great job - the email you wrote in the answer is not working.

Audi Hatfield made the experience easy and hassle free. Beth looked after me well and kept me updated as the oil change and software update progressed. I then had a short video to show me the condition of the underside of the car.

Our car had to have a coolant issue resolved recently under warranty at Audi Hatfield. A rather splendid courtesy car was provided (e-tron) for me whilst the work was carried out. Adrian Codling excelled in the customer care I received and Beth Woods fabulous communication was second to none. Adrian is and has always been a great example of friendliness, professionalism and politeness. During these quite challenging times everyone is experiencing at the moment it goes a long way to continually provide an excellent service which is both positive and courteous.
