Wow, what a beautiful shop! I absolutely loved my time here. Nothing was too much trouble and there is a brilliant selection of dresses. It was lovely to have the whole place to myself during the appointment and Sam was welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heritage Brides.

Where do I even begin! 2 months before my wedding I found out the original dress I purchased (from a different shop) was ruined. I contacted Sam in a bit of a stress and that was honestly the best decision I made throughout the whole wedding planning process. Sam is literally an angel. She calmed me down and promised me she would get me down the aisle in a dress I loved, she went above and beyond to achieve this and I ended up loving my dress from her more than my original dress. Her seamstress Wendy also deserves a shout out as she amended a dress so that it was 2 sizes smaller for me. What a dream team! I will always be thankful to Sam and Wendy :-) thanks to them I felt like a woodland fairy at my wedding! Also the shop is gorgeous and all the dresses are breathtaking with a great range of alternative designs and more traditional! I just wish I had gone to them in the first place! The thought of stepping into a bridal shop initially terrified me - I pictured an intimidating set up with various members of staff staring at me, and I wasn't looking forward to it at all. I stumbled across Heritage Brides after finding that they stocked the beautiful Wtoo range, and soon discovered that Sam's boutique was nothing like I had imagined. The boutique itself is a huge, beautiful converted stable in the beautiful grounds of Hatfield House, decorated with bunting and twinkling fairy lights, with a warm and welcoming feel to it. Sam herself was incredible. She knew each of her dresses inside out and immediately put me at ease and really gave me a boost of confidence. I found my dream wedding gown on my first visit and fell in love with not only my dress, but the whole experience too. A stunning setting, a huge selection of beautiful dresses, excellent customer service and wonderful Sam. I loved every fitting and will truly miss my visits to Heritage Brides! I cannot recommend this place enough.
Beautiful dresses in a wonderful setting. The barn is big and bright and it was lovely to see all of the photos of real brides on the wall. I really enjoyed by time with Sam at Heritage Brides. She put me at ease instantly and struck the right balance between following my brief and thinking outside of the box so that I could try on as many styles as possible. She was creative when it came to possible alteration options without over promising. I would strongly recommend a visit.
Both Sam and Wendy are fabulous and I could not of wished for a better experience when buying my wedding dress. Sam quickly understood the style and fit I was after for my destination wedding. Wendy made it fit like a dream. It traveled well to our Italian wedding and I cant wait to wear it again for our uk party.
