Absolutely amazing service from George Fitzgerald from placing the order for the new Porsche Taycan Turbo S in September 2019 to taking delivery in December 20. I was kept informed at all times of how the vehicle was coming along. He did everything he could to get the vehicle in time before Christmas. Really happy to have the 2021 options of head up display and ice grey metallic paint. Thank you for the couple of hours of tutorial in getting familiar with this spaceship. What an amazing machine, its unbelievable. Even to get a call a few hours after collecting the vehicle to ensure everything was fine. Great work Porsche Hatfield, keep it up.

Despite the initial good service it turned out that the Porsche Approved car was not delivered as promised as the thread of tyres was below the Porsche Approved minimum of 3mm. Regretfully I didn’t check this when buying the car (beginners fault by trusting the dealer) and was only made aware of this by the AA and Kwikfit after I had a puncture a few weeks after the purchase. And the reaction from Porsche Hatfield: sorry but we sold it with the minimum required 3 mm!

My Cayenne 2016 had reached the end of it's extended warranty in June 20, Porsche Hatfiled immediately extended the warranty for 45 days due to COVID19. Thereafter the car could not be booked in until early September, they again as a good will gesture extended the existing warranty until the 111 point check could be undertaken. There was some sort of wiper switch fault, which was rectified under the existing warranty. Louis Richards coordinated the check, he was very friendly and professional and took the time to chat with us. Other service and sales staff also took the time to chat with my boys and address their car queries. Whenever my car mad boys (9,6) go to Porsche Hatfield the reception and sales staff always engage with them and if available give them Porsche treats. Thanks again Louis for organising a personal treat for my boys, it really made their day.
