Worst pizzeria in Hatfield by far, one star is extremely generous, eat at your own peril

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt like it was my duty to warn other people to avoid this place. As a student at the local University, I feel like I've been Robed. I urge other students not to order from here as you will regret it. The pizza was dreadful. I don't even know where to start. Firstly, the dough was so thick and undercooked it made me feel sick. secondly, we ordered a tandoori chicken pizza but it looked more like a margarita due to the extreme lack of toppings. furthermore, the amount of cheese was a disgrace. I don't think that can legally be called a pizza. the list goes on, but judging by other reviews, it sounds like this is common problem at Robins pizza in Hatfield. I did try to call them to rectify the problem but did not receive an answer. I would have uploaded a picture, but I threw the pizza straight in the bin.
Well, firstly.. I tried for over 40 minutes to get hold of them and every time it said line busy. EVERY TIME. As the pizza arrived, the guy just sat on my drive for 5 minutes, before actually getting out and serving us the pizza. Got the pizza and instantly regretted it. My girlfriends pizza was cooked, mine was not... Then we noticed the pizza was dry, had no tomato sauce in it... Tasted awful... Ordered thick crust and got thin crust instead... Would NOT recommend this to anyone! I already feel like i'm gonna regret this in the morning, my girlfriend has already started feeling sick after just 20 minutes of eating it. The ONLY good thing about the place is the opening times. NEVER AGAIN.
It is questionable whether the pizza they serve at Robins is actually edible. If I could put 0 stars, I would. The only reason I bought from here was because of the late opening time as a last resort, I regret that decision now. I would rather sip water and imagine the taste of pizza in my mouth than actually order this pizza. Infact, no, I would rather just starve. You are better off finding something at the bottom of the freezer or eating plain than ordering this disgrace.
The worst possible service ever. First of all the number NEVER!!! works it always takes about an hour to reach them as it always has the busy tone on. Once you do reach them the person on the phone is extremely rude and doesn't even understands the orders. If you want to end your night with diarrhea then this is the perfect place to eat from. NEVER AGAIN!!
