Super easy to sort everything when we moved house, would recommend, the staff are very helpful and reassuring.
Brilliant service. Had no water to my house and I managed to get through to the emergency line straight away and they had someone sent out within the hour. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently and the employee who was sent round was extremely helpful and kind.
Fantastic customer service from all departments i have had the pleasure of dealing with. Customer Services were very polite and helpful, Developer/New Services were extremely helpful and fast, Networks often resolve problems within 2 calls (the second call is usually to thank them), i have even had some training at their offices and found their classes very informative and enjoyable.
