Very helpful and friendly. Lovely products. Great service. Update... fitted the beam a few days ago (4ft x 5\ x 4\) in Smoked Oak, lightly worked finish. The delivery was fast/fantastic and the quality of the beam was perfect (now have to finish decorating the rest of the lounge!). Thank you to all at Celtic Timber.

Hardwood logs are of excellent quality. The ordering process straightforward and my questions via Facebook chat were answered politely and promptly. After receiving the beam we had ordered we realised that it was not going to work in our lounge. The returns system in place is top notch. Within an hour of the beam being received I received an email confirming the refund had been processed. They quality of the product was excellent, delivery is free and when I phoned I didn’t wait in a queue and on both occasions spoke to friendly professional staff. During difficult times when I believe many companies are using the virus as an excuse for shoddy service the way you run your business is a breath of fresh air.

Shocking service! Paid for heavily-worked oak beam. Sent a lightly-worked beam and tried to fob me off saying it was heavily-worked. WARNING! Customer has to arrange return and PAY FOR IT even though product sent bore no resemblance whatsoever to what is advertised on website. Only advice was ‘arrange return with a COURIER! Rude and uncaring staff. Have escalated to dispute with PayPal and Trading Standards!
