Received fantastic service at Cleddau Press when in desperate need of a poster printed. I was received with fantastic customer service and I didn’t need to come back as my order was created in under 10 minutes. The print was excellent quality and for an A3 vibrant printed poster, it only cost 6.00. Highly recommend for those in need of a high quality and affordable printing service In Haverfordwest.

Affordable, professional and quick service, what more can you ask for?
Poor communication and extremely rude staff who made me feel completely unwelcome and uncomfortable. Arrived at 20 past 4 to collect my goods (after confirming on the phone I'd be arriving after 4) to find them closed, despite their opening hours saying they close at 5. My emails had been going ignored. I phone the following morning to rearrange meeting them and to confirm they'd be there at half 4 tonight, when I arrived I was met with an extremely hostile and frosty greeting from two men and another woman. The woman made a sarcastic and pointed comment about how I'd kept them waiting (again their opening hours say 5 and I'd been very clear both times about the time I'd be arriving). I asked for magazines and got A5 booklets instead. To add insult to injury not a single one of them was wearing a face mask! During a global pandemic! The worst customer service experience I've ever had, I left feeling upset and disappointed.
Served by a rude impatient man who was running through binding options; end result I went elsewhere.
Exceptional value for money and quality service. I sent my files over email and they were printed and laminated within 45 mins. Collected the same day and the price was so reasonable! Beat every other printer in Pembrokeshire. Friendly email communication and a nice personal in store service.
