Great place to stop for tea and coffee. They make their own cakes and ice cream and offer a good selection of drinks. The setting is lovely with plenty of outdoor seating. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are toilets on site and a small car park. We also enjoyed the short (30 min) circular walk in the nearby fields and woodland. The path is family friendly (our 5 year-old managed it without any complaints) but not suitable for buggys or wheelchairs. It's probably best enjoyed in reverse (heading up the road first, passing through the fields, and back along the riverside) but it makes for a pleasant walk either way. Would certainly stop by again if we were passing.

Love what the new owners have done, I'm sure the wood walk will equally be as nice once opened. The Gelato is absolutely delicious. Lovely friendly place

Stopped here for a coffee and cake. The staff were ever so friendly and the coffee lovely - had a decaf flat white and it was full of flavour, and very smooth, not weak and watery like some decaf coffee. Cakes were delicious, we will be back to try some of the homemade ice cream! Lovely relaxing place to sit outside surrounded by flowers and trees.

Ice cream parlour and cafe in a lovely setting, with beautiful family friendly walks into the woodland behind. Staff are friendly and helpful, and prices are reasonable in this cafe set in a former water mill. The woods behind have a number of paths which include signs interpreting local wildlife.

Really nice location and even better ice cream. They have a good selection of flavours that they make themselves. If you're looking for somewhere to relax, Nant y Coy is perfect.

Lovely choice of food and snacks, all very fresh and well prepared. The young staff are very helpful and friendly. A new venture which deserves a great future.
