Great day out with my husband and 2 sons - climbing and coasteering near St Davids with Stu. I can only echo what other reviewers have said - Stu is a great teacher - we all learnt such a lot without feeling like we were being taught - Stu was calm and created an air of quiet confidence that allowed each of us to achieve our own 'best day out'. I certainly second Courtney Fong's great review of The Climbing Company. I have been climbing for a few years leading sport and seconding trad, but had lacked the confidence to take on leading. After a couple of days learning the necessary skills with Stu, I am much more confident about leading and climbing safely on sea cliffs. He provided excellent, clear instruction and was so safe and encouraging. The course was such good value for money and I cannot recommend this company highly enough whether you have been climbing for a while or are new to the sport. Thanks for everything!
Stu was my SPA assessor so the goal was assessment rather than instruction but he fitted in lots of really helpful and useful stuff. Critical feedback was given in a very positive and sensitive way. Top marks Stu!
