It is a real pleasure to do business with people that is this friendly and helpful, even the delivery drivers are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to shop or rent from here. You could probably get some stuff cheaper on line but I would rather pay a bit more and get good customer service. This was not just a one off good experience but this is the kind of service that I got over the last 10 years.

He gave me several prices on several items and let me go away and come back a few times whilst I made my mind up. Hughes matched the price of John Lewis whilst also offering the personal care of a local company. Thanks very much.

I have had excellent customer service from David, nothing has been too much trouble with any queries that I have had regarding my laptop etc. he has dealt with these straight away.He is polite and friendly.Other members of staff are as the same. I certainly would recommend anyone to shop at this local store and I have done so to friends and family. Highly recommended.
