I was promised lower fees and an easy switch over, it would all be done for me. They'd cancel the old contact and incur any fees. After 3 months they still hadn't done the switch, leaving me with little time to do so. Now another month later aren't paying the fees that built up because they didn't cancel my old contact. Lots of promises and VERY little action.

Simply AVOID this company. we sign up with them back in the first lockdown last year, due to the lack of customer and newly taking on a business, we were not able to provide some information needed, then was told to estimate those information so the contract can be provided. Which cause some important function(MOTO) end up missing on the card terminal, got in touch trying to sort out the problem, and was told the once told estimate was so important, and effect the contract. Therefore there is nothing could be done to the matter. When i raise the question about why i was told to estimate those infor if they are so important, the reply was simple:'it was your own fault that you guest wrong, and the contract was base on the number you gave us.' That was the final straw, beside the multiple technical malfunction we had over only 3 month of trading when lockdown was lifted in summer, we are now in process of cancelling the contract and most likely will end up paying a pretty price, on principle we are willing to do so. To sums up this compy, miss information at the point of sale to, they will tell you anything to trick you in to signing the contract, once that is done you are nothing to them.

I recently switched toHandepay for Card Payments, The Handepay rep (Dave Goodwin) was helpful and even helped us by advising on how to get rid of our previous company, Handepay has agreed to cover all the the exit fees with the old company, and were now also saving 30% hich is great

Excellent, superb service. Dev is one of the most honest sales agents i have ever met. He explained everything in great detail explaining what all the hidden charges were that have never been explained to me before. Saying that, there are no hidden charges with Handepay so making a big saving.
