Went for my best friends birthday as a group and wow the service was amazing! The food was hot and on time, the staff was super friendly and patient and the music was on point!! Nothing to complain about will definitely be going back. Thanks you for accommodating us all and for bringing out sparkler fountains on my friends birthday cake!

Such a cute place. Brilliant for a chill spot. Staff are VERY friendly and make you feel welcome. The Shisha is the best in west London. Cool drinks and tasty food! Would have given 5 stars; however, music was TOO loud! It was just unnecessary. And also the music was a little all over the place and was being changed every 10 seconds which was annoying. Overall, really good experience apart from the EXTREMELY loud music but other than that... Will deffo be going again. 8/10

I phoned up a day before and asked them if they would do a birthday shout out for my wife as I wanted her to feel special. Unfortunately they hadn't bought out the cake I was promised and the table behind us that was full of women had their birthday cake with sparkling fountain with it. We came all the way from Reading because it was highly recommended by a mutual friend that knows the place really well. For future I won't be coming back again and won't be recommending the place to others. Thank you to the staff for the service anyways.

Birthday celebration! Excellent service from management and team at Myst. Great customer service, server was very friendly and helpful. Outstanding food and shisha. From the interior & atmosphere. A very pleasant experience for my birthday definitely one to remember. Now a regular place with friends Highly recommend!

Shisha Spots

Love 66 and Lady Killer 25 plus service Now you probably thinking why have I left this lounge this late? Well with the mixed reviews it has had I felt it was only right to give them a few months to settle before dropping by. So the other half of the shisha spotter decided to take this half out for a birthday smoke. Just 2 days before social isolation kicked in we were lucky we managed to go or it would have been late. First things first the lounge was pretty neat, the decor was spot on and everything was positioned perfectly. We were given menus right away and we ordered 2 of @adalyatobaccoorg top flavours Lady Killer and Love 66. Shisha came in around 10 minutes in a premium pipe with disposable pipe and a lotus kaloud. It’s been a while since I’ve had proper Love 66 and I mean the real stuff and it banged nice especially paired with Lady Killer. Service was brilliant we had many coal changes that I forgot how many in total, smoke was thick and smooth wasn’t harsh at any point. Seating was comfortable we sat over an hour and half and the flavour was still coming through, that’s when you know the shisha is on point. Vibe was a bit quiet we were the only ones in the lounge and few others walked in later on, this was due to the virus scare so pretty understandable otherwise it would have been busy. Price was what you would pay at premium lounges so was justified. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my smoke and will definitely drop by when I have airport runs in the future.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK! I have never experienced such terrible customer service as I have at an establishment last night. From the moment we had entered the place, the “manager” of MYST had been looking at my group of friends (all black) as if we were hooligans. We are a group of women 25 who had just enjoyed a birthday dinner at an upscale restaurant and wanted to unwind at a shisha cafe, however we were not met with this experience. Our table was very wobbly to the point where we couldn’t put a drink on it and had asked if we could have this changed, the manager had charged over to us and aggressively told me that we are a group of 7 (we were a group of 6 actually) and that he will let this “Slide”. Not addressing the fact that we had asked for a table change, I proceeded to tell him that I did call the day before which he interjected and said that was impossible as he had the phone all day, which I responded to that he would remember then that I had asked if there was a limit on the group of people that can come which he had said “No you can come with whoever you like”. After 90 minutes, he had waved the receipt in my face and told us our time is up, and that we had to immediately leave, Although there were many groups of people (Larger than 6 might I add) who came before us, and were not to leave. We were conveniently the only black people in the establishment, we had asked if we could bring out our cake to sing happy birthday to my friend, which he refused to as this would take “another 15 minutes” and would not accommodate us at all. I have never felt so targeted in an establishment, especially as we were the only black people. Such terrible management and customer service, and we were spoken to so aggressively on numerous occasions. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AS THIS PLACE IS OVERPRICED AND TERRIBLE! You can tell how rude they are just by their responses to other customers under the other negative reviews. Will never step foot here again!

I had a terrible experience here. Went there on a night out with some friends for a birthday but the whole time we were there, we felt uncomfortable. Staff are not welcoming nor are they friendly. We were not allowed to order a special dessert for the birthday girl, and the manager was very blunt and rude when communicating with her. There was no social distancing implemented at all, which was shocking. The waiter came to WAVE the receipt in our faces and told us we had to leave DESPITE the fact that there were other people who had come before us and were able to stay longer. I don't like to use the race card but I genuinely felt like we were being discriminated against. I had really high hopes for this venue as I heard good things about it but upon visiting it myself, I definitely do not agree. I will not be returning again.

10/10 experience & would always recommend to others. Shisha was really good & food was really good. Music a little too loud but other than that, no complaints & will definitely be coming again. Spoke to the manager at the end & he was very attentive & polite.
