The pest control officer, Jerry came out to check the property and offer advice. Jerry was very friendly and professional and gave great advice on dealing with the issue. The time and advice Jerry gave was free and I appreciate the service given. It's rare to find people like this in this day and age

I called Total Pest Control Solutions in a bit of a panic on a Sunday and managed to speak to Gerry. To start, I was very impressed that he answered on a weekend! I thought I had a wasp nest and it was in need of someone to come and remove them. Gerry suggested I sent a picture of the swarm/suspected nest first. I sent the picture and Gerry replied within minutes confirming that they were actually honey bees and not wasps and they needed protection rather than exterminating! Gerry suggested I call the local bee keepers as someone would want to collect them. I did so and a local gentleman came and collected them the same day and was incredibly grateful. Not only did Gerry save me a significant amount of money (for a call out) but through his advise we saved the bees! It was lovely to find someone who cared and gave me the time which helped save them. Thank you Gerry! Would recommend calling if in any doubt!

I discovered a wasp nest in my porch, very close to my front door - so it needed to be dealt with quickly. Firstly I chose Gerry based on these reviews. I called, and Gerry was very reassuring and arrived within 25 minutes. Everything was explained to be, with guidance and the knowledge that if the first treatment didn't work, he would return free of charge until it had been dealt with. Needless to say, the wasps are gone. Highly recommend Gerry !

Jerry was really helpful. We had a rat problem in the kitchen and he was able to come the next day to have a look. In his first visit he found the possible entry point and set up bait to verify, he also set up set and a camera in the kitchen by the floor panels. The following week he confirmed the entry points and the rats inside. The third week he confirmed that the rats had gone.
