We recently spent our Honeymoon in St Ives and had a fabulous time. From the surprise card and bottle of prosecco on arrival to dropping off the keys on departure, our experience with Aspects holidays and their staff have been wonderful.They are always friendly and professional. Hi Kimberley, You will know by now that we only stayed one night of the four that we had booked. First of all the cottage itself was not entirely to blame for this. It was comfortable and had all the attributes one would expect from a holiday let. However I could not in all honesty recommend this property to other holiday makers of a similar age or with any disabilities as ourselves. The stairs we both found daunting especially getting from the bedroom to the bathroom and back again. The access for a vehicle into and out of the parking area was a nightmare either reversing out of or driving out of. We were greeted by obscenities by other drivers going to or coming from St Ives. What it must be like in the height of the season I dread to think. I think your web site should be more clear on this aspect.When I returned the keys the morning after night one I was told that other disabled cottages were available but was offered none as a replacement. We realised of course that we would forfeit the remainder of our bill so asked for none but all the response I had was \Oh Bless\ \oh Bless\. So I would say to all ' OLDIES BEWARE' Chaotic St Ives road. In or out of the property. More information needed on advertising\u003e Terry and Diana Williams.

Well another holiday over and we really enjoyed our stay at Lodge 1a carrick gladden The apartment was beautiful home from home .So once again Aspects thankyou for all your help and we will see you again in 6 months time
